Research increases customer retention for Cortal Consors |

As an online financial service provider, Cortal Consors has high customer migration. The balance between leaving and new customers has to remain positive. For these purposes, puls conducted a detailed survey of new clients and customers terminating their accounts. Cortal Consors instantly implemented the outcomes of this study and thus increased customer retention.

Worldwide monitoring of performance:
measurement and enhancement of brand value for Winterthur

After interesting outcomes in Western and Eastern Europe, puls has been assigned to monitor the worldwide performance of the brands Wintherthur / Credit Suisse. For this purpose a modular system of four components was created:
- The Brand Performance Monitor to reveal the status-quo position
- The Brand Management model to identify reasons for the status-quo position and the deduction of measures
- The Value Driver Model to identify relevant control levers for brand success in future
- The Commitment Model to measure customer commitment and the pool of new customers
This represents part 3 of the current, worldwide success story of accurate measurement and sustainable enhancement of brand values.

Customer data analysis for OBI
to provide a basis for efficient direct marketing

Nowadays the OBI DIY-stores are one of the worlds benchmarks if it is about making a brand out of a retail company. OBI customer data had to be analysed worldwide to strengthen the brand. Based on that, demand-oriented and efficient direct marketing would be possible. Realising this challenge, puls gets the upper hand on established competitors. The focus of this project is to transfer our knowledge of strategic market research to intelligent customer data analysis.
